Corporate & Team Building
A real thank-you for a team that has earned it.
We run corporate charters for teams from ten to eighty. The good ones are simple. A boat that fits the whole team without a crush, a captain who reads the room, and food that is better than a conference lunch. We can add a photographer, a bartender, or a light activity if that is your energy. Off-sites, client dinners, team celebrations, and the occasional big-deal closing. We invoice, we can bill to a corporate card, and we can accommodate NDA-level guest lists. Book at least three weeks out in July and August.
Sample day
- 5:00 pmBoarding. Passed appetizers.
- 5:30 pmSlow cruise, remarks if you have any.
- 6:30 pmDinner service aboard.
- 8:30 pmReturn.
Recommended boats
Take the meeting off shore. A Hamptons corporate yacht charter turns a normal client dinner or team outing into the day people talk about all year. We run trips for law firms, tech teams, hedge funds, sales groups, and small business owners out of Sag Harbor from May through October.
We are Captains Carter and Sean. We know how to read a group. If it is a quiet client entertainment day, we keep the vibe low key. If it is a sales team that just closed a big quarter, we can run a full party. You tell us the goal for the day. We build the trip to hit it.
What makes a great corporate day on the water
A corporate charter has to work for everyone on the boat. That means the food is right. The drinks are ready. The music fits. And no one has to think about logistics.
The best Hamptons corporate yacht charter trips have three things dialed in.
- A clear purpose. Are you here to close a client? Reward a team? Kick off a new hire class? The purpose shapes the day.
- A tight plan. Pick up time, food time, stops, and end time. People at work want to know what to expect.
- A pro crew. Our captains and crew are USCG licensed and know how to handle a business group. We are polite, on time, and out of the way.
If someone at the office has never been on a boat, we take care of them. If someone is a boater, we can talk shop. Either way, no one feels out of place.

Best boats for corporate charters
Match the boat to the group and the goal.
- 2 to 8 clients: A mid size day boat or cruiser. Feels personal. Good for a close client group.
- 10 to 30 team members: A larger yacht with a full deck, indoor seating, and a head. Room to move around and break into small groups.
- 30 to 85 guests: Our 122 ft event yacht. Full bar, catering setup, indoor and outdoor space, and a real event feel. Perfect for a company offsite or a large client dinner.
We can also run two boats side by side if you want to split a big group into smaller ones.
What to bring and wear
Keep it easy for your team.
- Business casual works. Boat shoes or soft sole sneakers. No hard soles.
- A light jacket for the ride home.
- Sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Swimsuits if the group wants a swim stop.
- Laptops only if you really need them. Wi-Fi is spotty on the water. Tell your team ahead of time.
If you are hosting clients, send a short pre-trip note with what to wear and bring. It sets the tone.
Add-ons that pair well with corporate charters
Corporate trips run better with the right add-ons.
- Full catering: Sit down lunch, family style spread, sushi, raw bar, or a full dinner. We handle the order with a top Hamptons kitchen.
- Open bar package: Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Fully stocked before pick up.
- Stewardess or full crew: Extra hands to serve, plate, and clean up.
- Photographer: A pro to shoot the day for internal marketing or LinkedIn.
- Branded touches: Cocktail napkins, a printed menu, or a branded cake for a launch day.
- Ground transport: We coordinate car service from the city or the local airport.

- Full day trips scale with the boat and the crew.
- Catering and bar are quoted after we know the headcount and the menu.
